PROJCT212 is a free-mint digital collectible and creative storytelling project. A holder receives the applicable blockchain token for personal, artistic, cultural, and community purposes.
Do not mint, acquire, or hold a PROJCT212 collectible expecting the creator's work to produce a financial return.
What is not promised
PROJCT212 does not promise or guarantee present or future value, price appreciation, resale opportunities, marketplace availability, liquidity, financial returns, revenue sharing, royalties, dividends, continued development, future benefits, or additional utility.
What you can do with your collectible
While you lawfully own the collectible, you may display, share, reproduce, and use its associated image for personal or commercial creative purposes, subject to applicable law and these terms.
You are responsible for how you use, transfer, display, promote, sell, or otherwise interact with your collectible. PROJCT212 does not control independent marketplaces or third-party transactions.
How the creator may use collection images
The creator may display, reproduce, publish, adapt, archive, and use any PROJCT212 image, even after its associated token changes ownership, to document, market, and tell the story of the collection.
This includes use in books, articles, websites, social media, press, exhibitions, documentaries, educational materials, advertising, and other PROJCT212 storytelling.
The creator may sell or monetize larger storytelling works containing collection images. The creator will not sell a holder's token or falsely represent ownership of that token.
Copyright and payment
Owning a token does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork. The creator retains the underlying intellectual-property rights while granting holders the uses described above.
Unless separately agreed in writing, holders are not entitled to royalties, revenue sharing, approval rights, attribution, payment, or an accounting when an image appears in PROJCT212 documentation, storytelling, marketing, or other collective works.
No partnership or endorsement
Ownership of a PROJCT212 collectible does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship with the creator. A holder's statements and activities do not represent or bind PROJCT212.

Blockchain assets involve technical, custody, marketplace, tax, and regulatory risks. Transactions may be irreversible, and third-party platforms may fail or become unavailable.

This notice covers the public PROJCT212 AI Studio inquiry form and how we handle an initial service inquiry.
Information collected and why
The visible form asks for your name, email address, problem or desired outcome, and consent to inquiry processing. It also submits a controlled service category based on the audience or offer you select, or “not sure” if none is selected. Hidden timing and budget fields send the fixed defaults “exploring” and “not sure”; they are not selectable inputs on this form.
We use this information to review fit, respond, discuss a possible scope, and keep records needed for follow-up, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. We also process an IP address for abuse prevention, signed form timing and submission identifiers for validation, and a request ID and consent timestamp for delivery records.
Delivery and abuse prevention
The form is hosted on Vercel. Resend processes your submitted inquiry fields, request ID, and consent timestamp to deliver a private email notification to the configured PROJCT212 inquiry inbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address.
Upstash Redis stores a hashed IP address with an attempt count to limit abuse, plus submission identifiers and a delivery receipt containing status, request ID, consent timestamp, and a keyed digest of the inquiry to prevent duplicate delivery. The inquiry text, name, and email address are not stored in those Redis records. A hash or digest is a derived identifier, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Calendly processes the booking and contact details needed to schedule the free consultation. The form does not include your inquiry fields in analytics events. Approved aggregate Studio funnel analytics use only event names plus broad audience paths and offer/service categories, including a “not sure” option. They exclude and do not include your name, email address, phone number, organization name, inquiry/problem text, or proposal details.
Payment information
If paid work is approved, Stripe and PayPal handle payment information through their hosted systems only after both sides approve a written scope and payment terms. The PROJCT212 site does not collect card or banking details.
Retention and requests
Upstash rate-limit records expire after 10 minutes; delivery receipts expire 24 hours after their last write. These limits apply to those Redis records, not to email or all provider systems.
We do not intentionally retain unsuccessful or spam inquiry payloads as inquiry records. A delivery error can occur after Resend has accepted a message, so an error does not guarantee that no email or provider record exists. Accepted inquiries are retained only as long as needed for follow-up, records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Hosting, email, and other provider systems may have their own operational logs and retention practices.

We may need to verify the request and may retain information where needed for legal obligations or disputes. Please keep the initial request general and do not send sensitive identity documents.
Keep the initial inquiry general
The public form accepts no file uploads. Do not submit passwords, API keys, account numbers, health records, student records, private customer data, confidential legal material, or other sensitive information. Agree with us on the need and a suitable secure channel before sharing files or sensitive data.
Service scope, AI limits, and marketing
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, book a service, or commit either party to a project. Work requires a separate written scope and agreed payment terms. Any publishing, spending, or access to private systems must be separately scoped and approved.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for the intended use. They require human review and appropriate verification before use. No business outcome is guaranteed, including audience growth, sales, return on ad spend, or platform approval.
Marketing messages require separate consent. The inquiry checkbox permits review and response to your inquiry; it is not a newsletter or marketing opt-in.
