Do not mint, acquire, or hold a PROJCT212 collectible expecting the creator's work to produce a financial return.
What is not promised
PROJCT212 does not promise or guarantee present or future value, price appreciation, resale opportunities, marketplace availability, liquidity, financial returns, revenue sharing, royalties, dividends, continued development, future benefits, or additional utility.
What you can do with your collectible
While you lawfully own the collectible, you may display, share, reproduce, and use its associated image for personal or commercial creative purposes, subject to applicable law and these terms.
You are responsible for how you use, transfer, display, promote, sell, or otherwise interact with your collectible. PROJCT212 does not control independent marketplaces or third-party transactions.
How the creator may use collection images
The creator may display, reproduce, publish, adapt, archive, and use any PROJCT212 image—even after its associated token changes ownership—to document, market, and tell the story of the collection.
This includes use in books, articles, websites, social media, press, exhibitions, documentaries, educational materials, advertising, and other PROJCT212 storytelling.
The creator may sell or monetize larger storytelling works containing collection images. The creator will not sell a holder's token or falsely represent ownership of that token.
Copyright and payment
Owning a token does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork. The creator retains the underlying intellectual-property rights while granting holders the uses described above.
Unless separately agreed in writing, holders are not entitled to royalties, revenue sharing, approval rights, attribution, payment, or an accounting when an image appears in PROJCT212 documentation, storytelling, marketing, or other collective works.
No partnership or endorsement
Ownership of a PROJCT212 collectible does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship with the creator. A holder's statements and activities do not represent or bind PROJCT212.
